$3,800 - includes plane ticket, accommodations, meals, and in-country transportation.
Time at the hospital will be spent by being with the patients, the caregivers and the hospital staff. The team will help children keep up with their school work, share daily Bible story with crafts and songs, as well as small projects around the hospital (painting, filing, etc.) In addition, the team will visit a couple patients in their home as a way for the hospital to follow up and check on the patient as well as be an encouragement to them and their community. Those who have an interest in the medical field may also have the opportunity to observe our medical team as they interact with the patients. The team will also have the opportunity to do a game drive the second weekend they are in Malawi.
